The Minister Responsible for Water Affairs of Uganda Hon. Sam Cheptoris officially receiving keys to the two patrol boats handed over to Uganda for patrols on Lakes Edward and Albert at Fort Portal. The two are part of the four patrol boats supplied by the LEAF II project of NELSAP/NBI to both Uganda and the DRC.
