Rafiki has learnt that Dr. Hilderman is in deep trouble over a piece of land that he bought some time back. Apparently, the owner of this piece of land claims that Hilderman obtained it fraudulently, the land in question is located in Sanje, and that Dr. Hilderman already set up a farm on the disputed land.
