The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has issued a final call to all Heads of Secondary Schools and UCE Centres that have not fully submitted the 2025 Senior Three (S.3) Continuous Assessment (CA) scores for Term III.
The Board reminds all concerned centres that the last submission deadline is Saturday, 28 February 2026, and after this date, no CA scores for this cohort will be accepted.
Schools and centres responsible for submitting the scores must generate them using the AMIS 2025 Software Application, burn the Excel file onto a CD, and physically submit it to the UNEB CA office at Kyambogo UNEB offices, Room 24. The submission should include a letter addressed to the Executive Director of UNEB explaining any reasons for late submission.
UNEB emphasizes that this is the final extension of the deadline. Learners whose CA scores are not submitted by 28 February 2026 risk having to repeat Senior Three or not being graded if they register for the 2026 UCE examination.
All Heads of Secondary/ UCE Centres are urged to take immediate action to ensure timely submission and compliance with UNEB regulations.
