Kyabazinga of Busoga appointed ambassador in the President’s Office
President Museveni has made a reshuffle in Uganda’s ambassadors to countries across the world among them he has also appointed the Kyabazinga of Busoga William Gabula as ambassador in the President’s office (In charge of General duties).
However legal experts have questioned the legality of his appointment since the constitution bars a Traditional /Cultural leader from exercising any administrative or executive powers of government.
