Lukwago vows to die over Rule of Law at KCCA
Kampala’s newly Sworn in Lord Mayor Ssalongo Erias Lukwago has vowed to leave no stone unturned in ensuring that Kampala City is run according to the law.
Foremost, which he said are part of the hemorrhage in Uganda’s economy.
He also promised to ensure that KCCA gazettes a special place for vendors as well as rehabilitation centers for street kids, mad people, prostitutes among other deviant groups
Faulting the City Carnival organized by Jenifer Musisi which he said was meant to promote the western culture and agendas, he promised to work in collaboration with the Executive Director’s office to suit Uganda’s situation, among a litany of other reforms he promised amidst ululations from is fans.
