Muteesa (1) Royal Institute passes out over 1,000

Muteesa I Royal Institute Graduands at the ceremony

At least 1000 students were awarded Certificates and diplomas at Muteesa (1) Royal Insitute. Buganda Premier Owek Charles Petere Mayiga who presided over the function as chief guest urged Graduands to work hard and utilise the gift of education granted to them by the ?Kabaka.

Half of the graduands were direct beneficiaries of the Kabaka Education Fund. The director of the instituted Owek. Dr. Hajj Abbas Kawaase called upon urged the public to come and benefit from the bursaries because they are available.

The Katikiro presented a Ushs 10m cheque to the innovative winners award to students who excelled in the creation of projects that can help them be job creators rather than job seekers.
