Our leaders are not Custodians of good morals

When the wrong thing is done repeatedly on a routine basis it finally becomes right; such things find a place in society and become acceptable. In Uganda boda boda cyclists and, of recent, other motorists overtake from the left hand side contrary to the traffic rules.  Because traffic law enforcement agencies have not taken this contradiction seriously it will finally become lawful to overtake from the left hand side. Though some roads have been declared one-way, motorists continue to abuse this directive. The list is endless.
