Broke Aziz Azion sells his house

While people are busy piling up assets, has decided to sell off his only asset that was bringing him some extra money.
Apparently Aziz had built 3 double roomed houses in Makindye Dubai zone and he was getting some little money in rent every month.

But what has triggered their sell only Aziz can tell us, but Rafiki thinks that this is like going 3 steps forward and going 10 steps backwards!

We only hope that he is selling to buy another asset of equal stature.
