Minister Tumwebaze graduates with masters in Public Health
The minister of Information Communications and Technology (ICT) Frank Tumwebaze has graduated with a Masters degree in Public Health. Frank Tumwebaze is a Ugandan educator and politician, he is the current minister of ICT in the cabinet of Uganda and he was appointed to that position on 6th June 2016
On 15th January 2019, Frank Tumwebaze was among the 13,299 students who are graduated Makerere University
A total of 368 students will graduate with first class degrees,
Academic Registrar Alfred Masikye told the press that a total of 13,299 students are graduating in various disciplines ranging from Diplomas, PhD’s, Masters, Degrees and diplomas.
While speaking to the media Tumwebaze said seeking knowledge should be a continuous process as it improves on the level of understanding and how someone perceives things.
He urged everyone who is capable of going back to school to acquire more skills to do so, as this will be of benefit to them.
