Sudhir and Pastor Bugingo (Inset) are at logger heads?
There is a theory that when one has more they tend to want more.
Rafiki can declare without fear or favour that Sudhir is without doubt the biggest property owner in central Kampala, pastor Aloysius Bugingo (also proprietor of Salt radio and Salt TV).
Rafiki has learnt that the faithful believe that KCCA and Sudhir are allegedly planning to take up this land by force. The land is located at Bat Valley where the good pastor does his lunch fellowships
Aparently, this land belongs to the late Batalingaya once a minister in Obote regime, now the administrator of this land who happen to be the children have decided to sell the land to pastor Bugingo, something that Sudhir and KCCA, see differently.
