Is cannibalism allowed in Uganda? Where is Police on this?

A group acting out cannibalism in Uganda? But does it happen in real life

Of late, there has been a spate of events where criminals in the name of cannibals have boldly come out to openly boast about their trade.

What is making me intrigued is why up to now Police has not come out to arrest these blunt criminals who are not hiding any where but moving around openly boasting.

Is cannibalism legal in Uganda?? Else where in the civilized world cannibalism is a criminal offnce and woe un to you if you came out and boast that you eat human flesh they will indeed arraign you if not for eating fellow humans at least for disturbing the peace of the dead.

Some of these criminals boast on national television that they like the breast better or the babies supple meat and such stuff.

I am indeed wondering what this is doing to our tourism industry – If I were a tourist, would I be comfortable visiting a country where eating fellow humans is not criminal??

I would definitely think twice
