U.S President Elect Donald Trump has outlined his priorities of his presidency as Health Care, Border Issues and Jobs.

During his campaigns, Trump said he would repeal the Affordable Care Act – considered one of the biggest achievements by America’s first black president. The flagship legislation offered to extend affordable health insurance to all Americans.

Trump also pledged to build a wall on the border between the US and Mexico to stop immigrants from entering the US.

According to news agencies, Trump made clear his priorities while speaking to reporters after meeting the US Congress leaders; House Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

“We had a very detailed meeting,” AFP news agency reported Trump as saying: “As you know, health care — we’re going to make it affordable. We are going to do a real job on health care,” he said.

These comments appear to follow the script of his campaign rhetoric that has been criticised as divisive.
