Police blocks Zina Beach Festival

Police have not only put a stop on Bobi Wine concerts but also to events organized at beach, One Love, in Busabala.
Over the years Galaxy FM has been holding its Zina Beach Festival at One Love and this year it was scheduled for December 9.
Following new guidelines issued by the Police, and the blocking of Bobi Wine’s concerts, somehow Zina Beach Festival fell victim.
It is alleged that the Police asked for a new permitting letter with the new guidelines which the organizers did not have.
The Kansanga based station spent the whole of Sunday December 9 passing an announcement about the postponement of the event due to some misunderstandings with police.
