Chameleon fulfils UGX 1m pledge to Bebe cool

Remember the kind of drama that transpired over social media when Bebe Cool was nominated to the Best Male Artiste East Africa category against Tanzania’s Diamond Platinum, Kenya’s Sauti Sol among others?
As some Ugandans advised voters to go for Diamond, Jose Chameleon promised to give UGX 1m to Bebe if he came home with the accolade. To many, this was kind of underestimating Bebe’s capacity. But, amidst all the drama, Bebe brought the award home.
Well, for those who have been asking about the UGX 1m pledge, Rafiki recently overheard Chameleon tell friends at his new bar, DNA Lounge, located along Acacia avenue, that he had already passed the money on to Bebe but did not make it known because “it wasn’t worth it.”
