Gravity pays 500k for assault
Gravity Omutujju performing at Freedom City recently
Just a few days before his launch of his ‘Omwoto’ album at Freedom city, Gravity ‘Omutujju’ slapped and kicked a motorcycle of one boda boda guy in Makindye telling him that he was nothing.
The boda guy was advised by his friends that he reports this to police and that is exactly what he did,
Fast forward…….an excited Gravity is being escorted to his home after a rather successful launch, then suddenly his entourage is stopped by armed police. Thinking that these were robbers, Gravity refuses to get out of the car, until a good number of people gathered to see what was happening.
Gravity was handcuffed just like the ‘Omutujju’ that he calls himself. Pleas by his friends and the gathered people failed to make these policemen change their mind until Gravity parted with Ugshs 500k on the spot!
Yes, it was 500k and this is what Rafiki thinks is the most expensive slap of our times!
