Was Bobi smoking marijuana openly?
Bobi Wine must be very lucky that the famous police kawunyemu gadget does not detect smoked stuff.
Rafiki was shocked to see Bobi in his Tundra at Calendar Rest House emitting smoke as if it was going off fashion the following day
What Rafiki doesn’t know is whether this was marijuana or some other drug that emits smoke akin to marijuana.
And Rafiki now poses a question – can smoking marijuana and driving at the same time be classified as smoking under the influence of drugs?
And cant being high on the drug affect the judgement of a driver and if so, then the ghetto president should pull up his manners and take more precaution when he smokes such stuff or else one day disaster may just happen
