For those of you who have been longing for a high performance phone but were held back by the prohibitive cost of a quality phone, Huawei have answered your prayer.

The telecommunications solutions provider has released a new phone; the Huawei Y6II whose functionality rivals its relatively older version the P8lite which was released last year at Ushs1.6m.

In fact, the specifications fit its billing as a lightning fast smartphone, not previously available on the Ugandan market at its cost.
As Sam Ayo, Huawei Uganda Device Service Manager remarked, that the power released by Y6II’s powerful processor and high-performance Octa Core processors is a great bonus for customers as it allows multi-tasking such as browsing, chatting and video streaming without slowing down the phone as is the case with many cheap phones.
‘The Huawei Y6II handset has a wide 5.5 inch display, 13MP and 8MP cameras, octa-core processors and an elegant design body style. It also boasts of a larger dynamic 1280×720 resolution display which is crystal clear and rivals existing top digital screens. The durable GFF transparent lamination protects the display from scratches to ensure long-lasting brightness. The Huawei Y6II also has customized round curves designed for easy one-handed use,” said Ayo.
