The Huawei P8 Lite now in Uganda

Following the successful launch of its P8 model in Uganda recently, the Chinese networking and telecommunications giant Huawei has unveiled on the Ugandan market yet another handset that promises to redefine photography.

Running on the latest Android 5.1 Operating System, the P8 Lite is a smaller and lighter but packed smartphone with full functionality which ensures it does not compromise on quality.

Perhaps more importantly, the P8 Lite is built with better photography capabilities compared to the P8 such as exposure compensation that allows greater photography in poorly illuminated settings, ISO control, and white balance.

Huawei’s Device Service Manager Sam Ayo praised the phone: “It takes clearer and brighter photos with multi-frame noise reduction algorithm, Intuitive selfie enhancing function and captures spontaneous moments before they are gone.”

Ayo adds: “The P8 Lite offers status for those who see Internet as the major information source and more like social networks on internet; spend more time out of home, like taking a walk around the city or traveling to another city, love photography and listen to music most of the time even on the go independent from what Elle and Cosmo want you to wear this month.”

With the latest internet browsing capabilities, the P8 Lite is suitable for the young working class group.

Its promoters say: “It offers value, especially for those at the beginning of an upward career path with around 2-3 years’ work experience.”

“The Huawei P8 Lite smartphone shall be on sale at Ushs1,150,000 in all Simba telecom outlets,” says Johnny Wen, Huawei Uganda Marketing and device manager.
