Police tear gas car gets water from Naguru drainage!

What Rafiki saw has dissuaded him from any notion of ever going for any demonstrations or riots.

Okay, recently Rafiki witnessed those big tear gas trucks drawing water from the Naguru drainage channel which has green water.

The water is smelly and surely must be very hazardous, anyone who gets hit by this water will surely suffer not from the scorching tear gas, but also from some unknown disease emanating from this dirty water.

Can General Kayihura explain to Ugandans why the teargas cars draw dirty water from a dirty drainage.
