This alliance paid off and Kato Lubwama became the household name in Rubaga South finally trouncing Ken Lukyamuzi Da Man to take MP seat.

Now, our snoop has learnt that since that day and even more vigorously (after the elections) Kato Lubwama is doing evening classes without missing in order to learn the language.

And amongst his tricks, we have learnt, is that he has ordered his people at home to speak only English, meaning no vernacular……
