The ghetto president is damn serious it looks, mbu its this drive of being a law maker that has forced him to go back and study Law.
That the president is admitted at KIU is no news, but Rafiki was amused and stunned when he was told by the presidents classmates that last week the guy came into the lecturer room obviously under the influence of something that Kayihura’s boys can throw you in the cells for.
This classmate told our snoop that Bobi confessed to him that he has to take the stuff so that he can understand what the lecturers are saying.
Mbu minus the stuff, he sees blank spaces everywhere!
Perhaps he should go to Canada where ganja is legal….else when he performs well his classmates might be misled to think that ganja can give you extra points!
