They say once bitten twice shy! Grapevine has landed on information that Ugandan female diva and former Blue*3 “musician Jackie Chandiru” is in advanced stages of building up a drug rehabilitation facility.

Grapevine understands that Jackie already finalized buying land in Buziga for the project.

Information available indicates that this facility will be kick-started at the beginning of 2017

Rafiki can only say; who is better to start such a facility than Jackie who knows and has been there before. Good Luck Jackie.
