There was drama last Friday when Red Banton fought a girl over mairungi. The story began when Red Banton received a call from a woman informing him that …. ‘I have arrived’, he picked the girl and brought her to where they usually buy mirungi.
Mbu he told the girl to buy Mairungi but the girl informed him that she does not have any money something that made Red Banton grab the girls handbag, and a fight ensued and because Red Banton was already drunk, the lady shoved him down and good Samaritans had to separate the two because Red Banton was taking a serious beating.
He claimed sheepishly that ….. “muvuze mu motoka yange agule mairungi oba ansasule eza mafuta”………….talk of sinking to a new depth!
