3 years jail for Namubiru not enough
Buganda road court recently sentenced a 64 year old nurse, according to me, deserved a lifetime sentence for injecting the young toddler with HIV infected blood. Sincerely what was her motive? Wasn’t she doing this to subject the baby to a lie sentence?
Thank God that her infected blood did not contaminate the child but supposing it had wouldn’t this baby now be a constant worry for the parents?
By court giving her such a light sentence its like the court is condoning negligence among medical personnel – This lady should have been given many years for other negligent health workers to learn from.
