Employers should set realist requirements for fresh graduates

So many university finalists who are ready to join the real world today find it so hard to get jobs where by one of the requirements considered is to have a three year working experience.

Some employers make it worse by insisting on hiring only first class degree holders.  This is really sad.

Employers should know that many of the universities churn out students with second lower degree and many of them when they are hired end up making wonders by performing better than the first class degree holders.
