Val Okecho leaves MTN for VIVO Energy

Senior PR guru and MTN Uganda communications manager has left the South African owned MTN Uganda for VIVO energy that is owned by the French government
Okecho has been at the fore front as the mouthpiece of MTN Uganda and in charge of keeping the image and bending storm at the company
He will be much remembered as the guy who worked hard during the deportation controversies among other scandals that have hit the South African owned company
Okecho worked with Sanyu Fm as well as Eskom Uganda’s acting corporate manager before joining capital fm and from June 2017 he has been working as the corporate manager for MTN Uganda
