Premiership Golden Boot is an African Affair

The prize for the top scorer in the English Premiership has been shared by three African players Muhamad Salam, Pierre Emmerick Aubameyang and Sadio Mane. They each scored 22 goals.

Unlike the world cup where things like assists are considered, in the Premiership, only goals scored matters, and so the three will share the trophy.

Liverpool’s Muhammad Salah of Egypt has had to share the prize with Senegalese teammate Sadio Mane as well as Gabonese Arsenal striker Aubameyang
