Artfield graduates 43 graphics experts
On its third convocation Artfield institute of graphics and animation awarded diplomas and certificates to a total of 43 students in Graphics and art related disciplines at Imperial Royale Hotel in Kampala.
According to the chairman council Artfield institute of Graphics Ignie Igunduura the institute graduated three (3) foreign students who were from Malaysia, United Kingdom and South Sudan.
Addressing the convocation Igunduura noted that Artfield students are lucky to come out as professionals with ready jobs given the galloping demand for graphics and animation experts.
“Our students are always assured of jobs given the demand for experts. Artfield has also attracted students from foreign countries which explains our quality and demand for animation experts around the world” Igunduura
The ceremony was graced by Aniha Khamalah from the Ministry of education, Consul Bonny Katatumba, Joe Joseph Kigozi the CEO Buganda Broadcasting Services among others.
Joseph Kigozi invited Artfield graduates to submit their proposals to BBS explaining that the rising competition in television broadcasting has created a room for Animators and graphic designers to work hard.
The Artfield institute is a privately owned Design School, that has since inception in September 2010 become a household name in training Graphics Design, Animation, Photography, Video and Web design courses to mention but a few.
Artfield institute offers courses in Graphic Design, Electronic Publishing, Architectural Visualization, Motion Graphics, Photography, Video Production, Web Designing, 2D Animation, 3D Max and 3D Maya among others.
